About a week and a half ago, Chicago stopped and welcomed Jay Z and Beyonce into its warm embrace. For those of you who don't know, I have a twin sister named Jeanette. I have had the most ridiculous conversations about the fact that I have a twin sister. The. Most. Ridiculous. People have actually thought I was playing some elaborate trick. To which I always responded, "I would have to be straight up crazy to make up a sibling." Basically, quite a few people thought I was insane. Woo!
So, now that we all know that Jeanette exists, we can move on. If you have ever had the pleasure of meeting my sister than you know that she has an infectious laugh. Anyone who hangs out with her knows that she is responsible for their deepening laugh lines.
Going to this concert was fairly critical for me and Jeanette. She has been down in Missouri interning at the Department of Transportation, living in an apartment, and acting like she grown or something. Jeanette came back to Chicago for the weekend to bask in the glory that is Mister and Misses Carter.
It was actually a pretty chilly night, but Jeanette still opted to show out in her neon romper. The color is right on trend for summer. She paired it with brown boots so as to not overwhelm admirers. She looked pretty cute, if I do say so myself.
